Tickets will not be posted out or be available to collect until 1 month prior to the show dates..
Please Note:
We’re operating bag and search policies. Please do not bring bags to events if possible. If you need to bring a bag, no rucksacks or bags larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm will be permitted. Lockers will not be available for use. All customers will be subject to a search outside the venue via wand before entering.
Dress Code for Customers:
We suggest you dress comfortably. The temperature in the arena is typically 10+ degrees cooler than outside, so a light sweater/jacket might be needed. Also, practical shoes are recommended to safely navigate the steps in the arena.
Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. All of our shows offer a casual, family-oriented environment. Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin or body that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment will not be permitted. In that spirit, we ask you to use your discretion and common sense.
Costumes worn by guests 14 years of age or older are not permitted.
Children under 2 are free of charge when not occupying a seat, an Under 2’s wristband must be collected on the day of the show from a Steward. Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+
Front Row & Rinkside seats are not tiered & are on flat flooring.
Blocks 4, 5, 15 & 16 are a Side View.
Row L in Blocks 6, 8, 10, 12 & 14, Row E in Blocks 9 & 14 and Row F in Blocks 5 & 11 are not suitable for small children due to the wall in front of this row.

There will be a BSL interpreter at this event at 2.30pm on Saturday 11th November. You can book tickets by contacting the Box Office. Please note, if you require the interpreter service, please request this when booking tickets and allow at least 4 weeks’ notice prior to the event.
